We all get drawn to distractions now and then.  I’m sure you know what it’s like? Sometimes it’s absolutely essential to watch just one more episode of ‘Prison Break‘. Or, there’s just one more email to send, or one more link to click.

I’ve been studying Mindfulness for a couple of years now. And I try my best to be mindful throughout the day. But, it’s so hard to stay on track with everything else that’s going on.  If you’re anything like me, you’ll want something to keep you focused.

Below you’ll see 8 Mindful quotes to keep you motivated. What’s important, is that it’s impossible to remain mindful all the time. But, you should take a few moments to be mindful every time you remember,

To help you with that, at the end of this post, you’ll find a link to download all the quotes in a zip file with a wallpaper of each quote for your computer.

So, let’s get to it…
