In this episode, I want to talk a little bit about what it takes to use goal setting as a way to build your confidence.
The goal you’re trying to achieve, doesn’t have to be related to building your confidence at all.
Your goal could be, to be able to speak at a public meeting. It could also be to have a new car. Neither one is better than the other.
Take action and step outside your Comfort Zone
It’s what happens to you as a person on the journey to achieving the goal that’s important.
It was the meaning you gave to events and incidents from your past, that created your low self-esteem and a lack of self confidence.
By stepping outside your comfort zone and taking small regular actions you can rebuild your confidence.
